Day-Of Coordinating

We will create a timeline for the weekend of the wedding detailing the events, starting on the rehearsal day until the bride and groom leave the reception. 

Bride and groom (and family) are also allowed unlimited phone calls, texts and e-mail contacts and up to 10 hours of one-on-one consultation services, with the final session within two weeks of the wedding.

We will assist with any needs the week of the wedding and will coordinate the wedding rehearsal, in cooperation with the facility policy and minister/officiant, and provide at least 15-18 hours of service on the day of the wedding. This will include all set-up, decorating, all day coordinating and complete clean up after the bride and groom exit.
